3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double bed (1 mattress) 1,80 wd. x 1,95m lg, french doors onto a small balcony, fitted wardorbe, ceiling fan, A/C, anti-mosquito screen; 1 bedroom with double bed (2 mattresses) each 0,90 wd. x 2m lg., wardrobe, 2 arm chairs and table, A/C, window with grille and anti-mosquito screen, exterior door. The bedroom can be entered from the outside or from the right bedroom thru the bath. The bath en-Suite can be entered and used from both bedrooms (2 doors which can be locked) - ideal for parents and children.
From May 2024, new inverter A/C units with energy efficiency A++ will be installed in all 3 bedrooms.
2 baths: 1 en-Suite for 2 bedr. with shower, washbasin, as well as toilet and bidet - which are separated with a door from the bath. 1 bath with bath/shower over and separate shower, toilet, washbasin; 1 guest toilet with washbasin upstairs.
Living/dining room: 3seater sofa and 2 arm chairs (wood with upholstery), wooden coffee table, dining table with 6 chairs and cushions, A/C. American, modern kitchen with small storage room next to it.
Roofed terrace in front of the living room, with awning on one side and a moveable glass wall to the north/east side, sun terrace with lawn around the pool, 2 palm trees shady in the afternoon. Roofed BBQ terrace with built-BBQ, sink with warm water, countertop, garden table and chairs. Bocciaplace, with stone benches next to it.
Pool 5 x 10m, depth 0,95 - 1,80ms., with roman stairs, with illumination, with warm water outside shower.
Garden: 1 level at house/pool/BBQ-terrace, around the house terraces, outlined with rustic stones, planted with palm, pine and fruit trees. Parking for 2 cars on the enclosed plot.

Quiet residential area with wide amazing sea views from the Montgo massif towards the Monte Segaria. The guarded residential estate includes a tennis court, riding stable, restaurant, mini market with fresh bread in the morning, pharmacy. It is located above the golf course "La Sella" - 27 holes and Marriott Hotel with 2 restaurants of high standard -
The 12 kms long sandy beaches from Denia to Oliva are less then 10 min. by car.
In the little village "La Xara" 2 kms away you find supermarket, shops, banks and restaurants. Denia centre is approx. 7 min. by car. The large shopping mall Portal de las Marinas with cinemas and bowling is about 3 km distant.
You can reach the national road N 332 and the motorway quickly for excursions to Valencia or going up to the mountains.

Meine Frau und ich hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa Elena, in Denia La Sella. Frau Kühnl hat sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert.

Wir durften auch dieses Jahr wieder zwei traumhafte Wochen in der Villa Elena in La Sella verbringen – und was sollen wir sagen: es war einfach wieder perfekt! Schon beim Ankommen hat uns dieses Gefühl von Zuhause überfallen, weil hier einfach alles stimmt. Die Villa ist wunderschön eingerichtet, mit so viel Liebe zum Detail gepflegt und bietet wirklich alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Der großzügige Garten, der tolle Pool mit der fantastischen Aussicht und die Ruhe der gepflegten Wohngegend machen es leicht, sofort abzuschalten.
Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Frau Erdmann und ihr Team – allen voran an Konny, die uns vor Ort so herzlich betreut hat. Man spürt bei jedem Handgriff das Herzblut und die Liebe, die in dieses Haus und die Betreuung gesteckt werden. Die frisch renovierte Terrasse war noch das i-Tüpfelchen, das unseren Aufenthalt abgerundet hat. Alles ist tipptopp in Schuss, blitzsauber und einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Für uns ist wieder klar: 10 von 10 Punkten, wir kommen auch nächstes Jahr sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für alles – und bis hoffentlich bald in unserem zweiten Zuhause in Spanien!

Gerade zum Ende der Saison hin ist so ein Energiestoß dringend nötig.
Villa Elena wird jetzt auch in den Kleinigkeiten immer noch besser, und über Gästehinweise sind wir immer dankbar.

Super séjour à la Villa Elena, Denia. La Sella! Maison spacieuse, propre, bien équipée et au calme. On a adoré la piscine et la terrasse. Parfait pour les vacances en famille. Merci encore .

Liebe Frau Erdmann,
ein herzliches Dankeschön an Sie und das gesamte Team- besonders an Bärbel- für 14 wunderschöne, unvergessliche Urlaubstage in der Villa Elena in La Sella bei Denia. Wir 5 haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und pudelwohl gefühlt- ein wirkliches Zuhause! Die Villa ist wunderschön, man merkt, dass viel Liebe im Detail und Arbeit in Pflege und Instandhaltung des Hauses sowie Garten und Pool steckt. Das Haus verfügt über wirklich alles an Ausstattung, was man benötigt. Der Garten sowie der große Pool mit grandioser Aussicht sind überragend, auch die herrliche Ruhe in der gepflegten Wohngegend wussten wir sehr zu schätzen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie die tollen Strände sind schnell erreichbar. Fazit alles in allem: 10 von 10 Punkten :-) Die Buchung für 2025 läuft! Wir kommen sehr gerne nächstes Jahr wieder, somit fällt die heutige Abreise nicht ganz so schwer… viele liebe Grüße an das gesamte Team und bis nächstes Jahr!! Familie Motsakos

Hallo, endlich waren wir wieder in Spanien :) wir hatten einen sehr schönen und ruhigen Urlaub in der Buena Vista in Denia. Es ist immer wieder schön bei Sunnyholidays mit Frau Erdmann den Urlaub zu buchen :) wunderbar war es auch ganz spontan eine Woche in der Villa Elena anzuhängen , da ein großes Dankeschön und auch ein Lob an die Frau Kraus das es wieder einmal super geklappt hat.
Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub in Spanien.

Das Ferienhaus Villa Elena in Pedreguer hat eine super Lage .Man ist schnell im Einkaufszentrum und am Strand.Die Außenanlage ist ein Traum .Großer Pool , Garten mit Palmen und Obstbäumen und eine sehr schöne Aussicht. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht.
Wir hätten noch länger bleiben können :-)
