3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double bed (1 mattress) 1,80 wd. x 1,95m lg, french doors onto a small balcony, fitted wardorbe, ceiling fan, A/C, anti-mosquito screen; 1 bedroom with double bed (2 mattresses) each 0,90 wd. x 2m lg., wardrobe, 2 arm chairs and table, A/C, window with grille and anti-mosquito screen, exterior door. The bedroom can be entered from the outside or from the right bedroom thru the bath. The bath en-Suite can be entered and used from both bedrooms (2 doors which can be locked) - ideal for parents and children.
From May 2024, new inverter A/C units with energy efficiency A++ will be installed in all 3 bedrooms.
2 baths: 1 en-Suite for 2 bedr. with shower, washbasin, as well as toilet and bidet - which are separated with a door from the bath. 1 bath with bath/shower over and separate shower, toilet, washbasin; 1 guest toilet with washbasin upstairs.
Living/dining room: 3seater sofa and 2 arm chairs (wood with upholstery), wooden coffee table, dining table with 6 chairs and cushions, A/C. American, modern kitchen with small storage room next to it.
Roofed terrace in front of the living room, with awning on one side and a moveable glass wall to the north/east side, sun terrace with lawn around the pool, 2 palm trees shady in the afternoon. Roofed BBQ terrace with built-BBQ, sink with warm water, countertop, garden table and chairs. Bocciaplace, with stone benches next to it.
Pool 5 x 10m, depth 0,95 - 1,80ms., with roman stairs, with illumination, with warm water outside shower.
Garden: 1 level at house/pool/BBQ-terrace, around the house terraces, outlined with rustic stones, planted with palm, pine and fruit trees. Parking for 2 cars on the enclosed plot.

Environment
Quiet residential area with wide amazing sea views from the Montgo massif towards the Monte Segaria. The guarded residential estate includes a tennis court, riding stable, restaurant, mini market with fresh bread in the morning, pharmacy. It is located above the golf course "La Sella" - 27 holes and Marriott Hotel with 2 restaurants of high standard -
The 12 kms long sandy beaches from Denia to Oliva are less then 10 min. by car.
In the little village "La Xara" 2 kms away you find supermarket, shops, banks and restaurants. Denia centre is approx. 7 min. by car. The large shopping mall Portal de las Marinas with cinemas and bowling is about 3 km distant.
You can reach the national road N 332 and the motorway quickly for excursions to Valencia or going up to the mountains.

Wir haben in der Zeit vom 7.5.22 bis zum 11.6.22 ( 5 Wochen) mit Freunden in der Villa Elena, in Denia/Pedreguer eine schöne Zeit verbringen können. Alle haben sich wohlgefühlt. Besonders erwähnensnswert ist die große Teakholzgruppe auf der Terasse mit dem wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Frau Kraus, die das Haus betreut, hat sich sehr bemüht hat, Kleinigkeiten sofort zu erledigen.

Liebe Frau Erdman, und wieder sind 14 Tage Urlaub vorbei.
Auch in diesem Jahr durften wir wieder Gast in der Villa Elena sein.
Wir haben uns wirklich sehr in dieses Haus verliebt.
Es bietet wirklich alles, was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht.

ich freue mich so, dass es Ihnen wieder so gut gefallen hat.
Frau Schade tut auch viel, um das Haus gut in Stand zu halten, und Konny, die den Pool und Garten betreut, und Bärbel, die die Gäste betreut, tragen auch dazu bei.

es ist schon wieder etwas länger her, aber der Urlaub im Juli 2018 in der Villa Elena / La Sella, Denia war super. Deswegen würden wir gerne das Haus Elena nächstes Jahr noch einmal buchen.
Wir würden uns sehr freuen wenn das wieder so toll klappt.

Hallo Frau Erdman,
verbringen gerade den letzten Abend unseres zweiwöchigen Urlaubs.
Eines hat Urlaub leider immer...... Er endet.
Zur Villa Elena in Pedreguer bei Denia können wir folgendes sagen:
Tolles Haus mit allem was man braucht. Super Lage, ruhig aber dennoch zentral.
Toller Meerblick....
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Auch ein Dankeschön an Frau Kraus. Eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Hausverwalterin.
Wir kommen gerne 2019 wieder.

Wir sind inzwischen 18 Jahre an der CostaBlanca und Sie durften wir 2003 zum ersten Mal hier begrüßen, damals noch persönlich im Casa Margarita in Els Poblets.

Hallo Frau Erdman,
zunächst noch ein mal herzlichen Dank, dass das mit dem zusätzlich gebuchten Tag so unkompliziert funktioniert hat. Zum Haus: wir haben Ende August 2 wunderschöne Wochen in Villa Elena in Pedreguer/Denia verbracht. Das Haus und der Garten befanden sich in einem gepflegten und sauberen Zustand. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Auch ein Dankeschön an Frau Kraus, für die Betreuung und hilfreichen Tipps vor Ort. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren Oktober Urlaub und sind gespannt auf Casa Kono.

danke für Ihre Nachfrage.
Ja, war ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub in der Villa Elena bei Denia im August 2017. Auch sind wir der Meinung, dass die Villa Elena das bisher schönste Haus war, das wir in den letzten Jahren über Sie gebucht haben.
Damit sollen natürlich die anderen Häuser nicht herabgewürdigt werden, aber hier war einfach das gesamte Paket mit Pool, Haus, Lage usw. klasse. Ganz besonders möchten wir auch noch die Betreuung durch Frau Kraus loben, einfach spitze!
Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Notre séjour de 3 semaines à Casa Elena s'est très bien passé. La villa est agréable, bien équipée ( il manque juste un micro-ondes dans la cuisine ). La vue depuis la terrasse est incroyable ! Par contre la voiture est obligatoire.
Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le contact sur place.
Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir!

Wir haben im Juni einige sehr schöne Tage in der Villa Elena verbracht. Das Haus war für uns als Familie (6 Erwachsene) mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern optimal. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Unser Leben spielte sich komplett auf der schönen Terrasse ab, von der man einen tollen Ausblick auf Denia und das Meer hat. Am großen Pool und in dem wunderschönen Garten gibt es mehrere Liegen und Sitzecken, und eine große Grillecke sowie ein Boule-Platz lassen Urlaubsfeeling pur aufkommen. Wir haben alles sehr genossen und uns gut erholen können, sind einhellig der Meinung, man könnte einen Aufenthalt hier zum jährlichen Ritual werden lassen....
Als kleiner Hinweis noch: Die Urbanisation ist etwas schwer zu finden trotz Anfahrtsbeschreibung. Müsste vielleicht nochmal überarbeitet werden.
Ansonsten sehr schöne Siedlung, tolle Gegend und die Zeit war viel zu kurz.

danke für Ihren Eintrag. Wir freuen uns, dass Sie sich so wohl gefühlt haben in der Villa Elena in Denia.
Wir werden die Anfahrtsbeschreibung noch einmal abfahren, um zu sehen was wir verbessern können. Leider sind gerade die Wohngebiete an der Costa Blanca noch nicht alle digitalisiert und im Navi nicht aufgeführt.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa Elena. Das Haus hat Charme und ist toll ausgestattet. Vor allem der großzügige und wunderschön angelegte Garten und die tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse haben uns gefallen. Klasse auch der Boule-Platz! Gerne wieder.

Wir verbrachten 3 wunderschöne Wochen im September in der Villa Elena, Denia.Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Vor allem der schöne große Garten und die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten auf den Terrassen haben uns gut gefallen. Ein Highlight war für uns das Grillhaus, in dem wir viele Abende verbracht haben. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln und auch die Betreuung vor Ort und die Buchung klappten problemlos. Wir kommen wieder und haben schon für nächstes Jahr gebucht.
