On the pool level: 1 bedroom downstairs with 2 single beds, each 0.90 wide x 2m long, on a wooden frame with shelves below, central brick bedside table, wardrobe, A/C and vent fan, window to garden/street side, window downstairs safety glass, double glazed, anti-mosquito net, no bars.
Bathroom: 2, upstairs with large shower, WC, washbasin, shelf. Window above barred and with mosquito net.
Downstairs pool level: with very large shower with 2 shower heads, washbasin with vanity unit, WC, door to hallway to bedroom and door to pool terrace. Door and window downstairs safety glass, double glazed, mosquito net, no grille. Heated towel rail (gas), underfloor heating electric.
Living/dining room: furnished with three seater and two seater sofa, plus an armchair and coffee table, sideboard; A/C. Dining area at the front of the entrance, with dining table and 6 chairs. View to the pool and over the green hills of Moraira.
Kitchen American kitchen fully equipped, with counter separated from the living room.
Sun terrace: by the pool, a nice wooden terrace with round table and 2 chairs. On the other side of the pool is a small summer kitchen with Weber gas BBQ, small fridge and warm water sink. Dining area with wooden garden table and 4 chairs, since end of 2019 with sun sail/awning. There are also 2 stone tables with 5 stone benches with cushions in the garden.
Pool: 3 x 6m large, depth: approx. 0.70 x 1.70m, with Roman steps, with interior lighting, with hot water outdoor shower.
Garden: small, around the house a path is laid with natural stone slabs. Flowering bushes and palm trees, grow around the house.
Parking space within the plot for a middle class car, parking in front of the property on the residential street. The property is completely enclosed.

Electric cooker with ceramic hob with 4 plates and oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine/dryer in one downstairs in the anteroom, iron/board.

All three bedrooms and the living room are equipped with A/C. Additionally a ceiling fan in the living room.
All bedroom and bathroom windows, as well as one living room window with anti-mosquito protection. The windows are double glazed with safety glass, no bars; except for the two bedrooms and the bathroom upstairs.
Sun protection windows were installed in the dining area, which let in less heat.
Central heating in all rooms (gas tank). The gas fireplace in the living room may not be used. Bathroom downstairs with electric underfloor heating.

Quiet residential area, service road. To the beach promenade and sandy beach in the centre of Moraira approx. 3,7 km, to the picturesque beach of El Portet approx. 5 km, to centre of Moraira with pedestrian zone approx. 3,3 km. Down on the main road to the right is a big supermarket mercadona, restaurant and shops approx. 1 km distant. To the left going straight to the center you pass several shops, supermarkets and restaurants on the way to the centre. Along the coastal road there are several beautiful bays - ideal for snorkeling;

Je tiens à remercier votre équipe, vous même, ainsi que marc et Heike et enfin les agréables propriétaires de la Casa Lena pour un séjour incroyable, malgré la météo orageuse de la semaine, promis, la prochaine fois, je tente de ne pas venir seul, la Villa est merveilleuse, fonctionnelle, et l'endroit reste calme. Wir haben das erste Mal über sunnyholidaysvillas gebucht und waren im Haus Casa Lena in Moraira für zwei Wochen zu Gast. Zum Haus: Unser Urlaub war wunderbar. Das Haus ist in einem super Zustand. Unser Kind fand es super, dass das dritte Zimmer seinen eigenen Zugang und Bad (gleichzeitig Poolbad) hatte. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht, um sich selber zu verpflegen. Es hat uns wirklich an Nichts gefehlt. Die Betten waren auch bequem und die Klimanlage hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns abkühlen konnten, wenn wir nicht im Pool waren. Der Pool ist zwar nicht all zu groß, allerdings gleicht die Tiefe von 1,80m das sehr gut wieder aus und wir hatten viel Spaß.
Unser Dank geht an Frau Erdmann und Ihr Team in Moraira. Wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die Organisation und immer schnelle Rückmeldung auf unsere Fragen.

Hallo Herr und Frau Krüger, im Namen von uns allen sage ich Ihnen ein herzliches Dankeschön für Ihren Eintrag. Bisher haben die Eigentümer von Casa Lena jedes Jahr daran gearbeitet das Haus immer weiter zu verbessern. An dem Service rundherum feilen wir seit 24 Jahren. Wir freuen uns sehr, dass Sie einen tollen Urlaub genossen haben.

Hallo Frau Erdman,
wollten uns noch einmal für den sehr schönen Urlaubsaufenthalt bedanken. Das Ferienhaus Casa Lena in Benitachell Moraira war modern eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Unsere 5. Jähriger Tochter hat sich im hauseigenen Pool so richtig wohlgefühlt. Auch die Hausverwaltung waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
Casa Lena est une villa très bien équipée comme j'ai rarement vue.
La piscine est petite, mais nous le savions.

Sunnyholidays Villas ist einfach nur geil. Ich kann jedem empfehlen darüber zu buchen.
Wir sind begeistert nicht nur von den Villen sonder von der gesamten Kommunikation, das Casa Vicky war unser erster Stopp einfach nur herrrrrrlich und ein Riesen Lob an Frau Berrada für ihre tolle Arbeit vor Ort und auch noch danach. Unser zweiter Stopp war das Casa Lena und hier können wir nichts negatives sagen, sei es der Herr Fürderer der immer für uns da war oder der Eigentümer der für Lob und Kritik immer ein offenes Ohr hatte. Einfach nur TOP vielen Dank das wir Gäste in so wunderschönen Villas sein dürfen.
Natürlich geht ein Riesen Lob an Frau Erdman für die Top Organisation. Familie Laarab sagt danke und bis zur nächsten Buchung.

Mein Mann und ich waren jetzt 5 Wochen in diesem wirklich sehr gut eingerichteten und ausgestatteten Haus, Casa Lena in Moraira - von Mai bis Juni 22. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und uns fast wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut, man kommt überall - zum Strand, zum Einkaufen und auch zu guten Restaurants - schnell und bequem hin.
Die Buchung über Sie, Frau Erdman, aber vor allem auch die Betreuung vor Ort durch Familie Fürderer war ausgezeichnet. Hervorheben möchte ich auch dass das Haus bei unserer Ankunft blitzblank geputzt war. Auch der Kontakt zum Poolpfleger war sehr angenehm.
Wir haben ja bereits unseren nächsten Urlaub für Nov. und Dez. in der Villa Jardin de Hadas gebucht und freuen uns schon auf diese Zeit.

An enjoyable stay at Casa Lena in Moraira in Sept. 2018
We have stayed in this part of the Costa Blanca on several occasions and know the area well. We wanted a quiet relaxing holiday and Casa Lena fitted was the perfect location for us. The property is in a residential location and with a private pool. Although it was just the two of us it would easily serve two couples or a family of four. We found the villa in good order with all the facilities on site to enjoy our holiday.
I would certainly recommend Casa Lena and would be happy to return for another stay.

Lieber Eigentümer,
das Haus ist fantastisch, der Pool ist zwar nicht so gross, aber ausreichend.
Es war wirklich ein schöner Urlaub mit der Familie, alles ist im Haus vorhanden, die Aussenküche ist schön erstellt worden.
Moraira ist schnell zu erreichen, unglaublich viele Restauarten sind schon offen in dieser Jahreszeit.
Unseren nächsten Urlaub wollen wir gerne in dem Haus Casa Lena wieder verbringen.
Freuen uns aufs nächste Jahr.

Hallo,
wir haben das Haus Casa Lena in den 2 Wochen vom 31.3-14.4 unglaublich genossen, sehr schönes Haus super eingerichtet und alles vorhanden. Es ist nicht weit zum Strand und zum Einkaufen ist alles in der Nähe.
Wir kommen auf jedem Fall wieder. Es ist zu empfehlen.
