Casa Lena is located in a quiet residential area just about 3.7 km from the sandy beach, pedestrian zone and Marina in the center of Moraira.

The house has a private pool and the beautiful sandy beach of Moraira is easy to reach, after turning once, always straight on the same street.

The flat plot is completely enclosed.

On the level of the pool terrace are the nice wooden sun terrace to sunbath and relax and a small summer kitchen with Weber gas BBQ, fridge and sink , as well as a wooden dining table and 4 chairs to enjoy your meals outdoors.  On the pool level you also have a large bathroom and a 3rd bedroom with A/C at your disposal. So you hardly need to enter the appartment upstairs during the day.

The external staircase leads up to the apartment, which is modern, comfortable and functional and offers everything for a nice holiday. The dining area overlooks the green hills of Moraira.

The house can be booked up to 4 persons or up to 6 persons. If booked only up to 4 persons the third, below bedroom remains closed.

1 bedroom with double bed, 1 mattress, 1.50m wide x 1.90m long, fitted wardrobe with 2 doors, chest of drawers, 2 bedside cabinets, window to the pool barred with anti-mosquito net.

1 bedroom with 2 single beds, each 0.90m wide x 1.90m long, fitted wardrobe with 2 doors, chest of drawers, mirror, 1 bedside cabinet between the beds, window to the rear facing the slope, barred with anti-mosquito net.

On the pool level: 1 bedroom downstairs with 2 single beds, each 0.90 wide x 2m long, on a wooden frame with shelves below, central brick bedside table, wardrobe, A/C and vent fan, window to garden/street side, window downstairs safety glass, double glazed, anti-mosquito net, no bars. 

Bathroom: 2, upstairs with large shower, WC, washbasin, shelf. Window above barred and with mosquito net.

Downstairs pool level: with very large shower with 2 shower heads, washbasin with vanity unit, WC, door to hallway to bedroom and door to pool terrace. Door and window downstairs safety glass, double glazed, mosquito net, no grille. Heated towel rail (gas), underfloor heating electric.


Living/dining room: furnished with three seater and two seater sofa, plus an armchair and coffee table, sideboard; A/C. Dining area at the front of the entrance, with dining table and 6 chairs. View to the pool and over the green hills of Moraira.

Kitchen American kitchen fully equipped, with counter separated from the living room.

Sun terrace: by the pool, a nice wooden terrace with round table and 2 chairs. On the other side of the pool is a small summer kitchen with Weber gas BBQ, small fridge and warm water sink. Dining area with wooden garden table and 4 chairs, since end of 2019 with sun sail/awning. There are also 2 stone tables with 5 stone benches with cushions in the garden.

Pool: 3 x 6m large, depth: approx. 0.70 x 1.70m, with Roman steps, with interior lighting, with hot water outdoor shower.

Garden: small, around the house a path is laid with natural stone slabs. Flowering bushes and palm trees, grow around the house.

Parking space within the plot for a middle class car, parking in front of the property on the residential street. The property is completely enclosed.

Electric cooker with ceramic hob with 4 plates and oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine/dryer in one downstairs in the anteroom, iron/board.  

SAT-TV German/Astra 1, flat screen, 55 inch. 6 garden chairs and 1 wooden table, 2 stone tables with 5 stone benches, Weber gas barbecue with one hot plate, 4 sun loungers, 1 parasol.

All three bedrooms and the living room are equipped with A/C. Additionally a ceiling fan in the living room.

All bedroom and bathroom windows, as well as one living room window with anti-mosquito protection. The windows are double glazed with safety glass, no bars; except for the two bedrooms and the bathroom upstairs.

Sun protection windows were installed in the dining area, which let in less heat.

Central heating in all rooms (gas tank). The gas fireplace in the living room may not be used. Bathroom downstairs with electric underfloor heating. 

Internet WLAN flatrate, free of charge. Speed 20 Mb/s.

Environment

Quiet residential area, service road. To the beach promenade and sandy beach in the centre of Moraira approx. 3,7 km, to the picturesque beach of El Portet approx. 5 km, to centre of Moraira with pedestrian zone approx. 3,3 km. Down on the main road to the right is a big supermarket mercadona, restaurant and shops approx. 1 km distant. To the left going straight to the center you pass several shops, supermarkets and restaurants on the way to the centre. Along the coastal road there are several beautiful bays - ideal for snorkeling;

    Wir bedanken uns für den tollen Urlaub in Casa Lena. Wir waren zwei Wochen vom 14.04. bis 28.04. dort. Alles super sauber und in einem top Zustand. Ein sehr schönes Haus, wo man sich richtig gut zurück ziehen kann,
    so gesagt kein großer Einblick aufs Grundstück. Mann kann so richtig Urlaub machen. Der Garten ist schön eingerichtet, eine gute Holz Terrasse.
    Casa Lena ist zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

    Hallo Frau Erdman,
    danke, in Casa Lena in Moraira war alles super! Kommen sehr gerne wieder auf das Haus zurück!
    Gut wäre ein 2. Sonnenschirm für das Grundstück, da es sehr wenig Schattenplätze gibt und damit man auf den Liegen auch mal im Schatten liegen kann.
    Wir haben es alles in allem sehr genossen!!! Guter Ersatz für "unser" altes Haus das letzten Herbst verkauft wurde.

      Hallo Frau Plate,
      wir freuen uns besonders über Ihren Eintrag.
      Der Eigentümer hat schon ein großes Sonnensegel bestellt, dass über die Sommerküche kommt, damit man im Schatten die Mahlzeiten genießen kann. Der Sonnenschirm kann dann im Liegebereich benutzt werden.
