    Hemos estado muy a gusto en Casa Angelito en Moraira en agosto. Dos estancias para dos familias con todas las comodidades. La piscina ideal y la localización también

    Stayed with my partner in Villa Rias in the end of June. We had an amazing time throughout in this marvelous villa. Very spacious, large rooms and great amenities. Walking distance from a great beach nearby and a close drive to Moraira city centre. Will definitely come again!!

    We had the pleasure of staying at Villa Rias for a delightful two weeks, and it's safe to say that the experience was nothing short of exceptional.

    The house itself is a gem! Just a short walk from the beach, the location is simply perfect. There's a short but breathtaking stroll along a meandering road above the sea which leads right into Moraira, where we spent most of our nights eating out and enjoying the local scene.

    The convenience of having a few restaurants within close proximity and a convenient grocery store within walking distance was an added bonus, which makes the stay hassle-free as we had everything we needed right outside our front door.

    One of the highlights was undoubtedly the swimming pool, which we used non-stop, along with the barbecue area and outdoor dining table. This became the hub of our stay; eating, enjoying some wine, and endless conversation along a few card games under the stars.

    The front of the house has a stunning view of the mountain where we enjoyed our morning breakfasts. This gave us a picturesque start to the day.

    The bedrooms are simply enormous with large beds, air-con, and black out blinds. I honestly haven’t slept that well in years!
    The house is also ideal for day trips to nearby towns such as Dénia, Javea, and Altea, as well as one of our favourite beaches to visit, Granadella. Being situated on a cul de sac away from the main road gives absolute peace and quiet. We found it easy to relax and unwind.

    Overall, our time at Villa Rias was an absolute delight. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for their next holiday retreat. Without a doubt, we are already looking forward to our next visit.

    Première fois que je passe par Sunny holidays et je remercie Mme Erdmann qui m'a conseillé sur le type de villa. La communication était très facile par mail. Tout était parfait du premier au dernier jour. Villa climatisée ce qui était très agréable durant la nuit. 2 magnifiques terrasses, une grande piscine et une douche extérieure. Une vue magnifique, dans une résidence très calme. Toutes les commodités à moins de 10min. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Calpe. Les enfants étaient ravis, Merci !!!

    wir haben nun bereits das 4.Mal bei Ihnen eine Ferienhaus gebucht, dieses Mal die Villa Rias in Moraira. Die Organisation und der Zustand unserer Villa war wie immer perfekt.
    Wir schätzen Ihre unkomplizierte schnelle Kommunikation und Abwicklung, sowie Ihre Beratung bei der Auswahl der Häuser sehr.
    Unsere Urlaube im Raum Benissa wickeln wir deshalb nur noch über Sunnyholidays ab.

    Liebe Frau Erdmann,
    wir hatten besondere Herausforderungen als es um ein Haus in diesem Jahr ging - mal 5 Personen, mal 8, großer Pool, schöne Außenanlage, angenehme Sitzmöglichkeiten (kein Steinmobiliar), einladender Innenbereich. Was soll ich sagen? Dieses Haus hat alle unsere Anforderungen erfüllt. Wir hatten vier wunderschöne Wochen und konnten am Pool bei traumhaften Ausblick wunderbar abschalten.
    Das Haus hat alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt und die bevorstehenden Renovierungen werden es noch weiter aufwerten. Ich bin mir sicher, wir kommen wieder hier her.
    Auf einen Mangel möchte ich dennoch aufmerksam machen, auch wenn dieser nichts mit dem Haus an sich zu tun hat. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist für manche Autos wirklich unangenehm. Wer mit dem eigenen Auto anreist, sollte wissen, dass die Straße Schlaglöcher aufweist. Manches Auto kann hier Probleme bekommen und ggf. Aufsetzen. Unsere Autos haben sich leider ganz schön gequält. ;-)

    Ein besonderer Dank gilt Ihnen, da Sie sich jederzeit bei all unseren Anliegen schnell und mit einem Lösungsvorschlag gemeldet haben.

      Liebe Frau Baden, danke für Ihren netten Eintrag. Die schönste Auszeichung für uns ist, wenn Gäste wie Sie, immer wieder kommen.
      Wegen der Straße, diese wird von der Gemeinde Benissa "verwaltet" und diese kleinen Anliegerstraßen mit wenig Anwohnern haben leider keine Priorität. Der Eigentümer bleibt aber dran.

    Hallo Brigitte,
    wir freuen uns immer wieder, wenn Stammgäste unser Haus in Denia bei dir buchen! Da weiß man, wer kommt und dass aller Wahrscheinlichkeit nach das Haus pfleglich behandelt wird.
    Dass das auch anders geht, sehen wir bei unserem Nachbarn.
    Wir sind sehr glücklich darüber, dass es dir immer gelingt, nette Mieter in unserem Haus einzuquartieren, die ja häufig auch gerne wiederkommen!

      Ein Haus, das gut gepflegt wird und so beschrieben wird wie es ist, und Preis-Leistung stimmt, ist die beste Werbung.
      Danke, Marietta, ja wir haben viele großartige Gäste, aber dazu gehören auch tolle Eigentümer wie Ihr, denen ihr Haus und ihre Gäste wichtig sind.
      Danke für die fast schon 2 Jahrzehnte andauernde gute Zusammenarbeit mit Euch.

    Nous avons passés un merveilleux séjour dans cette magnifique maison spacieuse et confortable.
    La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique sur la mer et le penon Ifach de Calpe.
    Nous avons apprécié la grande piscine pour se rafraîchir et se reposer sur les transats. Les chambres sont spacieuses et toutes équipées de la climatisation fort agréable. Les deux salles de bain sont bien utiles et appréciables à 5 personnes. Il y a même un emplacement ombragée pour la voiture. C'est le top! Le personnel est disponible et sympathique. Aucun problème pour tout. Nous conseillons cette location et l'agence toujours à l'écoute. Ne changez rien! Nous pensons y revenir.

    Liebe Frau Erdmann, wir waren nun ja bereits mehrmals in von Ihnen vermittelten Ferienhäuser und alles klappt immer hervorragend. Sie haben einfach alles im Griff. Auch in der Finca Paraiso in Altea haben wir uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Garten mit dem Pool ist einfach wunderschön. Die neue Küche mit der Vorplatz hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Unbedingt zu erwähnen ist aber auch die sehr professionelle und herzliche Betreuung vor Ort durch Monika. Vielen Dank für alles.
