    Guten tag und bitte uns erlauben, uns hier auszudrücken.
    Zuerst möchten wir uns bei Frau ERDMAN und Frau FLOR von ihrer Aufnahme und von ihrer freundlichkeit zu bedanken.
    Wir mieten für das zweite Mal und, ganz wie das erste mal, die gesamtheit (Beschreibung, Fotos, Kommentars) sind in der entsprechung mit der vermietung vollkommen. Eine unfehlbare sauberkeit und des personals, das immer schnell ist, ihnen notfalls zu helfen. In der idyllische angestellte der vorgeschlagenen vermietungen vereinigt, eignet alles sich, ihnen erneut zu vertrauen

    Villa Felicidad in Javea July 2015
    We had a very pleasant 3 weeks time in Javea thanks to this marvelous villa close to everything and in a quiet and peaceful area.
    Nice interior, pretty garden to play with kids and have good rest sessions, nice terraces with see and capeview !
    Great bbq sessions in the opposite terrasse.
    Absolute nice vacations ! Ready to come back next time !

    Zum dritten Mal durften wir nun unseren Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus verbringen. Alles war wieder perfekt, das Haus ist super gepflegt und durch die tolle Betreuung von Frau Erdman und ihrem Team blieben keine Wünsche offen.

    Villa Magnifica in Calpe
    Sehr geehrte Frau Erdman,

    unsere Bewertung zu Casa Magnifica ist ein wenig zwiespältig.
    Das Haus hat, wie Sie wissen eine sehr schöne Lage.
    Durch andauernden Jetski Betrieb ist die Ruhe allerdings dahin.
    Die Aussenanlage ist schön. Die Aussenmöblierung ist für ein Haus dieser Preiskategorie ( Plastikmöbel ) nicht wirklich gut. Die Inneneinrichtung ist völlig in Ordnung.
    Die Schlafzimmer sollten unbedingt klimatisiert werden.
    Da die Familie Hecht ein Auto in der Garage hat, steht diese nicht zur Verfügung.
    Ein Schattenspender für das Gäste - Auto (Carport ) wäre schön.
    Frau Villaplana ist immer bemüht den Gästen zu helfen. ( bei uns Internetausfall )
    Sonst alles im grünen Bereich.

      Hallo Herr Biondi, danke für Ihre offenen Worte. Die Villa Magnifica wurde bis jetzt immer nur begeistert verlassen, aber es gibt für alles ein erstes Mal.
      Ich habe heute mit der Eigentümerin telefoniert. Sie mögen keine Klimaanlagen, werden aber für die beiden Schlafzimmer Ventilatoren kaufen. Dass Gästen die Garge nicht zur Verfügung steht, lässt sich leider nicht ändern, hat aber außer Ihnen auch noch niemanden gestört.
      Der neue Jet-Ski Verleih, die Segelboote und die Tauchschule sind einerseits toll, für sportliche Gäste, die zu Fuß dorthin gehen können. Die Eigentümerin, die im Sommer selbst 6 Wochen vor Ort ist, sagte uns jedoch, dass dort nur gruppenweise, und meist nur im Stundentakt, hinausgefahren wird, und dann die Küste nach Benidorm, oder zum Peno de Ifach in Calpe abgefahren wird. Die Leute bleiben nicht in der Bucht und fahren nicht wild hin und her. Sie selbst sehen gerne den Booten und Jet-Skis zu, wie sie hinausfahren.

    Nous réservons nos vacances depuis 2008 par Sunnyholidaysvillas. Nous n'avons jamais eu de suprise excepté la Casa Antigua, toutes les maisons que nous avons réservé étaient conforme à nos attentes. Site sérieux et maisons de qualités. Notre dernière location fut la Casa NEO, aucune déception.

    Je recommande la location de maison via Sunnyholidaysvillas.

    We loved the house. It is well located between Calpe and Javea . It is well equipped.
    We had a great time at Villa Regina.
    It's the third time we go to Costa Blanca with your agency. It's very nice , it has always gone well

    Apartment Cora, July,2013,2014 (2015)
    We was twice in Cora apartment and now we coming to Cora again, third times. It is not possible to describe how we enjoyed in Calpe :-) Cora apartment are just walk 2-3 minutes to the beach with many restaurants, shops etc.
    You can find different activities around Calpe. Pleasant to work with SunnyholidaysVillas, Frau Flor und Frau Erdman! :-)

    We really enjoyed our vacation in Casa Cap Negre. As we say in France, all good things come to an end... We are back to France, after two marvellous weeks in the house Cap Negre.
    Everything was perfect ; the house is very comfortable and very quiet, the view so marvellous... the pool so pleasant... and walking to the cap was so great !
    So we had a great relaxing stay and it was very hard to leave the place on saturday.

    Erstmal ein Lob an das Team von sunnyholidaysvillas.com. Kompetente Betreuung und sehr netter Kontakt (wenngleich auch nur per Email).

    Zum Haus kann man nur eines sagen: Toll. Eine Ausstattung, die (unserer Ansicht nach) keine Wünsche offen lässt und die Aussicht ein Traum.
    Die Betreuuung durch Frau Kraus sowie Anhang war ebenfalls top. Würden uns über ein weiteres Mal 2016 freuen. Vielleicht klappt es ja.
